I hope to use this blog to keep track of my CrossFit accomplishments and failures. I have said numerous times that I wouldn’t blog yet here I am.
My goals:
- Be healthy
- Eat right and by that I mean Zone
- Be fit
- CrossFit 5X a week
- Become comfortable lifting heavy weight above my head
- Improve lifting technique
- Do pull-ups/ring dips without bands
- Double unders (enough said)
- Be happy
- Continue to live life and never watch it go by
