Fitness: an attainable goal











I hope to use this blog to keep track of my CrossFit accomplishments and failures. I have said numerous times that I wouldn’t blog yet here I am.

 My goals:

  • Be healthy
    • Eat right and by that I mean Zone
  • Be fit 
    • CrossFit 5X a week
    • Become comfortable lifting  heavy weight above my head
    • Improve lifting technique
    • Do pull-ups/ring dips without bands
    • Double unders (enough said)
  • Be happy
    • Continue to live life and never watch it go by
